Diana Wolcott, Owner

Diana Wolcott is the owner of Mama Dubs Virtual Assistants, a premier agency dedicated to providing exceptional virtual support. Established in early 2024, Mama Dubs draws on Diana's extensive experience as a Virtual Assistant over the past six years. Before venturing into this dynamic field, Diana spent more than two decades in commercial banking and lending. This transition was inspired by the birth of her daughter in 2018, prompting her to pursue a career that emphasizes flexibility and personal connection.

 

Diana’s unique background enhances her approach to virtual assistance, where she believes the core principles of relationship-building and trust are paramount. She is committed to treating her clients’ stakeholders—including colleagues, investors, and vendors—with the same respect and courtesy she extends to her own circle. Her philosophy is rooted in collaboration, ensuring that her team acts as an integral extension of her clients' operations.

 

At Mama Dubs, Diana leads a dedicated team that prioritizes clear and honest communication. Each member brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to detail, creativity, and client engagement.
